Cheese Krispies

We were only allowed to make these special treats at Christmastime each year...and it was part of the season i looked SO forward to!! I am so excited that I have gotten to pass this tradition on to my own kids!!

They are so so good, y'all. And totally fat free. JAYKAY.

Imagine buttery cheesy crispy goodness with a little kick...all in one bite.
Recipe is below!!

Cheese Krispies
1 cup butter
2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups flour
2 cups Rice Krispies
a few dashes of red pepper (if desired - but I vote yes!)

Mix softened butter and cheese together with hands.
Add the flour and continue to toss and mix with hands - this takes a little work!
Add some red pepper if you want - I love to add just a bit for a little kick.
Lastly, add the rice krispies. Keep churning with your hands until it is all mixed up.

Roll into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for around 15-20 minutes or until a little golden.
