Margs and Marlin

Last month, we spent a week in one of our favorite places…Mexico!
We had dates just us, we spent time with friends, we dreamt and strategized about the future, we read books and ate good food and drank good drinks. We saw whales jumping right near the beach, every day. We went on a once in a lifetime fishing trip, and caught 3 Marlin! It was incredible, and I don’t even like fishing! And one miracle…I had sushi for the first time in my life! We caught our Marlin, and a chef on the boat cleaned and cooked it and made it so beautiful that I couldn’t NOT try it! And it was good. But I mainly did it for the experience so don’t really see myself eating sushi anytime soon, lol. It was a MUCH needed break after a crazy and hard-working year, especially for my husband. He deserved this time away so badly.

Here are some pics from our time there! And I highly recommend the Le Blanc Adult’s Only Resort and Spa! It was pristine and wonderful in every way, and we have been to quite a few resorts in Mexico! This was on of the very best.
