We (well mainly my hubby), have been moving toward a lifestyle of eating more plant-based. NOT easy for us Texas-born and Oklahoma-living meat-lovers to do…BUT, we keep researching (and now seeing first hand) the benefit of it.

So, I thought Id share our journey some here! Anyone else make this switch?
